Its sad on Xbox live when I close my server for the night I get multiple threatening messages and mail about how I closed the server. I believe that it's my call to close My server when my clan or myself arnt playing. If im not mistaken I paid for the server and should be able to boot and ban people for not following our server rules. When it come to me closing it for the night it shouldn't be an issue because I do let the players finish that game before I put it a private server.
